Thrive Together Social Care is looking for Support Workers to work within a supported living setting in Harlow. You will be working in a forensic unit supporting the physical and emotional well-being of individuals who may have learning disabilities, mental health issues, or complex needs. You will be helping them to build social skills, helping them with their daily activities such as attending hospital appointments and shopping, accessing opportunities within the community, and encouraging leisure activities.
Must have a care certificate
Must have a valid MAPA certificate or equivalent
Experience following and adhering to safety plans
Must be proactive with the service users that they are working with.
High level of communication skills required, to deliver accurate handovers to the team of staff working with the young people.
Completing daily call logs
